DO NOT UPDATE! Newest version do not work. Works perfectly the past few years since they introduced the app. Now paid twice and didn't get any order confirmation. Order tracker just said error. Called their hotline, at least the lady is polite and tries to help. Waiting for them to call back.

1for1 Zinger box promotion could only be ordered through the app....but no one in the restaurant could order it because the app is buggy as hell. Absolutely unnecessary update which made ordering through the app impossible. UI also completely messed up. Wth. Went from acceptable to absolute trash.

Thought I could get a AM Twister and realised my app got updated. My usual credentials failed??? Reset password, no email in junk or main folder. Did my account get erased? Did you check the app is working before rolling it out to users? Update: I gave up and set up a new account. Surprised to see no indication that my email was taken. So I guess KFC deleted almost all our accounts during migration? My friend who managed to reset password said he lost all his previous orders history. Good job.
