This app has serious problems - I cannot even use it and wasted time before ordering trying to get it set up. 1st problem - the registration form clears when switching between applications; in my case to my password manager. Why? Then I get through to the account verification step, entered the code from my email and the password I created, and click login. It thinks for a bit and then I'm back on the same verification page with no error or other message. Repeatedly. Useless and frustrating.

App would not allow us to start an order at the table. Pressed the 'order to table' and nothing happened. We tried multiple times. On 4G, on the restaurant WiFi, tried rebooting the app. Nothing. Website ordering with QR let us get slightly further. Kept glitching and also wouldn't let us order or check out successfully. Eventually had to give up and order at the counter. This isn't a one-off. Haven't managed to earn any loyalty rewards for the last few visits as a result.

Since the last update my app doesn't work I tried to order yesterday while at the table and when click on the select table nothing happens. Nothing to do with signal as could do it all on the Web page but gave up in the end and went to the counter to order. Never had a problem before. Have tried yet again to use 14/2/24 and still not working click to order to table and nothing happens.
