Shopping with killmall made easier, efficient ,goods are delivered in good condition and their packaging is good. However they need to improve on their shipping charges it's very expensive considering they're charging per item,say you ordered like ten items at once each you're charged shipping fee differently, doesn't make sense.its ridiculous to say the least. Also ,some of their goods are ridiculously high priced than the local market bits logic.Also protect our numbers from your sellers.

The app is great, but the customer care service is very poor. There is supposed to be a notification in the morning that your product will be delivered today. Once their agent calls you once and you are not available, they immediately reschedule your delivery date. You try to call the agent, they cant answer your calls. Mind you, you have already paid so its upon you to chase them because they already have your money. Jumia is the best online shopping app.

liked the product. being new to kilimall, I was concerned about the lack of communication after I paid for the product. at least a text message or email, but I got to learn this from the app. not everyone is tech savvy
